I contributed a chapter on User Experience to the Open Advice book, a collection of essays, stories and lessons learned by members of the Free Software community, edited by Lydia Pintscher.
Three weeks ago, I attended the KDE Akademy 2010 conference in Tampere, Finland. Besides the talk Parul Vora and I gave to share experience about User experience, I also took this opportunity to meet with the KDE community and discuss collaboration opportunities.
Where our hero flies to Germany and dives head first into C++/Qt development, helped by a team of passionate KDE developers who can also cook.
Because digiKam provides the tools and Commons the problems, the two should enjoy a happy marriage.
